Join 360 Behavioral Health as a Safety & Support Trainer , where you'll play a key role in preparing our clinical teams to deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. In this role, you'll train Behavior Interventionists and Direct Support Professionals on crisis prevention, safety procedures, and best practices that make a meaningful difference for our clients, families, and team members. What You'll Do Deliver engaging live virtual safety and crisis prevention training. Train new Direct Support Professionals during onboarding. Facilitate annual crisis intervention recertification courses. Coach and support Behavior Interventionists through hands-on skills training. Travel to California locations to provide in-person training as needed. Partner with local clinical teams to improve safety and training outcomes. Track training completion and maintain compliance documentation. Help enhance training materials and learning experiences. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree required. Minimum of one year of experience as a Behavior Interventionist and/or Direct Support Professional utilizing ABA. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and interventions. Excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills. Comfortable facilitating both virtual and in-person training. Ability to travel throughout California as needed. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds when assisting clients. Ability to successfully complete LiveScan, TB screening, and employment verification.
