Christy Media Solutions is working exclusively with our client, an international technology solutions business, to recruit an Account Manager focused on developing sales across the Netherlands.

This is an opportunity for a technically knowledgeable sales professional who enjoys winning new business, building relationships and managing complex customer requirements.

The role

• Develop new business across the Netherlands alongside managing existing customer relationships
• Work towards an approximate 70% new business / 30% account management split
• Sell specialist KVM, AV, Control Room and Console solutions
• Identify and develop new opportunities in underrepresented sectors, particularly emergency services and healthcare
• Build relationships with customers, system integrators and relevant industry partners
• Manage complex, consultative sales opportunities
• Collaborate with internal engineering and inside sales teams
• Use Salesforce to manage pipeline and sales activity

About you

• Relevant B2B technical sales experience
• Strong understanding of KVM, AV or closely related technical solutions
• Proven ability to generate and develop new business
• Confidence engaging with technical and commercial stakeholders
• Salesforce proficiency
• An independent and proactive approach to territory management
• Ability to manage longer sales cycles and develop lasting customer relationships
• Direct Control Room experience, an established Netherlands industry network or experience opening new industry verticals would be advantageous

• Travel across Germany approximately 50% of the time
