Sales Administrator & Customer Support (Remote, Philippines - Manila)

Boxgreen is looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administrator & Customer Support to support our fast-growing B2B sales and smart vending business. This role keeps our vending network and B2B sales operations running smoothly, covering system administration, billing, inventory management, deployment coordination, and email-based customer support. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, and our EasyGo China team to ensure machines run efficiently, processes stay streamlined, and customers are well supported. Process B2B sales orders, manage client onboarding, and maintain accurate account and order documentation in Google Sheets/Excel Prepare and issue monthly invoices to corporate clients, follow up on payments, and handle billing-related inquiries Respond to customer inquiries via email on orders, products, vending locations, billing, and refunds, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions Support smart vending operations by managing EasyGo backend setup, product listings, and system configuration updates Track inventory and asset movements, monitor machine conditions, and coordinate restocking with Operations Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, order status, inventory, and system performance Liaise with Sales, Operations, and the EasyGo China team to align on product updates, system enhancements, and operational matters Execute ad hoc operational and customer experience projects as assigned Requirements 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Sales administrator, B2B Customer Support or equivalent Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines Proficient in Microsoft Excel & AIs Based near Manila or able to attend monthly onsite meetings in the Manila area Why Apply?
