Permanent work-from-home setup Stable long-term opportunity Exposure to an Australian business environment Collaborative and supportive team culture Opportunity to expand your skills in ERP systems, customer operations, and sales administration Finish work early and enjoy your afternoons free What you'll be doing Process B2B and B2C customer orders accurately and efficiently Manage orders from entry through to delivery Liaise with customers regarding order updates, delivery schedules, and inquiries Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth operations Maintain customer records, product information, and system data Monitor order progress and resolve issues proactively What we're looking for At least 2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Order Processing, Customer Service, or a similar role Strong experience processing customer orders in a high-volume environment Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy Intermediate Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables Comfortable using multiple systems, portals, and software platforms Strong customer service and communication skills Experience with catalog maintenance, data entry, and sales support functions Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to different workflows Working Hours Australian Eastern Time Schedule 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM PH Time during Australian Daylight Savings 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM PH Time outside Daylight Savings This schedule is fixed, so we're looking for someone comfortable working early morning hours.
