As a Sales Agent, you’ll start with a three-week training program (and help to secure your insurance license if you’re not already licensed). From day one, you’ll have access to our CRM, leads, and robust support systems. But this isn’t your typical sales role: our mission is to promote you into agency ownership, where you’ll run your own team and control your future—all under the guidance and partnership of our established, family-owned business.

What You’ll Do:

- Build relationships with clients and help them protect their families and businesses with tailored insurance solutions

- Set and achieve sales goals (how you reach them is up to you—be your own boss)

- Use our CRM and proven lead sources to grow your book of business

- Complete a three-week training and licensing process (if not already licensed)

- Progress toward agency ownership: recruit, train, and lead your own team

- Enjoy true flexibility: own your time, your agency, and your success.
