Join our growing FinTech sales team as a German-Speaking Sales Executive and help businesses transform the way they handle digital payments. Key Responsibilities Proactively contact existing clients to upsell new FinTech and payment solutions. Manage a high volume of calls and emails across daily outreach activities. Maintain an active sales pipeline (200+ opportunities) and automated outreach campaigns. Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to the Operations Team Leader. Conduct self-prospecting and eCommerce research when needed. Handle account administration, data entry, and CRM updates with precision. Deliver consultative, solution-based sales conversations. Support clients with onboarding and integration processes. Uphold compliance and quality standards at all times. What You Bring Professionally fluent German , with strong English communication skills (C1+). Experience in call center sales or upselling in customer-facing roles. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently. Target-driven mindset and a strong sense of ownership over results. Confident, outgoing communicatorboth verbal and written. Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office proficiency required). Stable broadband connection and a productive home workspace.
