Sales Agent – Real Estate

Company Description CanaBlue Punta Cana is a comprehensive real estate investment firm specializing in the Punta Cana market. The company offers sales of new construction developments with rental management plans, providing investors with fixed annual returns. CanaBlue also manages re-sales of high-end properties and development-ready lots, along with legal services related to real estate transactions. Its services extend to new development management, short- and long-term rentals, property management, and renovation packages designed to increase property value for clients.
Role Description The Real Estate Sales Agent is a full-time, hybrid role based in Punta Cana, with a mix of on-site client interaction and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, presenting investment opportunities and properties, conducting property tours, and guiding clients through the buying and selling process. The agent will prepare and review contracts, coordinate with legal and property management teams, and support clients with market insights and investment advice. This role also involves maintaining an updated portfolio of listings, nurturing long-term client relationships, and representing CanaBlue at showings, events, and meetings as needed.
Qualifications

• Strong background in Real Estate Sales with proven experience closing transactions and managing client relationships.
• Valid Real Estate License and solid understanding of local real estate regulations and procedures.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and responsiveness to client needs.
• Knowledge of Real Estate markets and Sales techniques, including property valuation, negotiation, and deal structuring.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing fieldwork in Punta Cana with remote tasks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English; Spanish proficiency or other languages is an advantage.
• Comfort with digital tools for CRM, virtual tours, and online marketing of listings.
• High level of integrity, professional appearance, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive client interactions.
• Prior experience in investment properties, rentals, or property management is a plus.
