SUMMARY STATEMENT:

The Sales Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Home Depot business by delivering actionable insights, performance reporting, and data-driven recommendations that help drive growth and improve execution. This position collaborates across sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and category management teams to evaluate business trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic initiatives. The successful candidate is a strong analytical thinker, effective communicator, and collaborative business partner who excels in a dynamic environment and is passionate about turning data into meaningful business results.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Prepare daily reporting to include sales performance, open orders, shipments, and any other ad hoc analytical support for the Pro Sales Team
• Maintain sales credit workbooks to ensure proper sales credit is attributed to each sales representative
• Create monthly commission statements for our rep group representatives
• Supply each channel with consistent sales reports, updating the field on where they stand relative to their Growth
• Work with the field to address negative growth accounts and drive solutions to increase purchasing
• Performs other duties as assigned in the interest of Rust-Oleum.

QUALFICATIONS:

• BA/BS degree required.
• 1-3 years relevant business experience in CPG industry with supplier, retailer, or broker.
• Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
• SAP/PowerBI experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and strong analytical / problem solving skills

Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000, bonus eligible.
