Sales and Business Development Agent - Uganda

Job Description We’re hiring a Hybrid Business Development Agent to help us supply wristbands and event merchandise to malls, hotels, swimming pools, schools, NGOs, printing partners, and major events across Uganda . This is a performance-based, flexible role — not full-time — as long as you hit your daily and weekly KPIs. You’ll work remotely, visit clients, make calls, and use social media to generate leads. Key Responsibilities Generate 10 bulk leads (5,000+ pieces) and 15 small leads (<5,000 pieces) daily Make calls to prospects and update Excel sheets Identify high-traffic venues & events using wristbands Share samples and collect pricing info from clients Close 10 deals per week and set up client meetings Retain and upsell to top clients Social media outreach via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Partner with printing firms & event companies Coordinate deliveries with our fulfillment partner Maintain a weekly tracker of upcoming events through December Submit daily activity reports Requirements Ideal Candidate 2–3 years in sales, cold calling, or field marketing Strong communication & networking skills Fluent in English and Luganda (written & spoken) Fast typing + excellent email/WhatsApp communication Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking leads/events and reporting Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven Familiar with using social media for business Based in Uganda , mobile, and willing to meet clients. Have stable internet and laptop for good communication.
