Company Description

AquaOrg Technologies is a Nigeria-based aquaculture consultancy that helps fish farmers and investors grow sustainably through data-driven, climate-smart, and technology-enabled solutions. Its flagship product, Smater, is a digital aquaculture management and data intelligence platform that improves productivity, transparency, and profitability for fish farmers and stakeholders across Africa. Smater enables structured digital records, farm performance dashboards, and production history tracking, allowing users to make evidence-based decisions rather than relying on guesswork. The platform supports farm planning, cost control, credit scoring, insurance assessment, and regulatory compliance through verifiable data. AquaOrg Technologies is committed to using data, technology, and innovation to build a smarter, more profitable, and sustainable aquaculture ecosystem that drives food security and youth employment.

The Sales and Growth Partner will build and maintain relationships with key accounts, support channel partners, and coordinate customer onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the platform. Daily activities include conducting virtual meetings and demos, preparing proposals, tracking sales performance, and collaborating with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions and growth strategies. The role also includes gathering market feedback, contributing to go-to-market plans, and representing AquaOrg Technologies at industry events, webinars, and online communities.
