As we continue to expand and enhance our services, we are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in connecting families and referral sources within our community. This role is responsible for driving sales and revenue goals by developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy. Key responsibilities include: * Developing strategic plans * Building referral networks * Overseeing marketing initiatives * Conducting presentations * Training sales team * Analyzing market trends * Collaborating with leadership Qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree (preferred), 3-5 years of experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality sales leadership, a proven track record of achieving sales goals, strong networking and public speaking skills, and knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems. This is a part-time, hybrid position based in Atlanta, with competitive pay, performance incentives, and residuals on sales. Flexible work from home options available.
