Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at One Science Pte. Ltd. The specialist will be handling all marketing businesses. Daily tasks include developing and executing marketing campaigns, website handling, social media account handling, content creation, manage branding, handling inbound and outbound inquiries, and flyer designing. The role involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, securing new clients and collaborating with internal teams to refine sales strategies based on market feedback. The specialist will also track performance metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of the brand.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, address inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
• Proven Sales experience with the ability to manage leads, convert opportunities, and meet or exceed targets.
• Experience in event organization, coordination and creative in introducing new ideas
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data-driven sales approaches.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate virtually with team members.
• Prior experience in laboratory supplies, scientific products, event management is an advantage.
• Junior role with 2-4 years experience is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
