We are looking for a proactive, organized, and excellent communicator to join our team as a Sales and Recruitment Coordinator. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic, English, and French and capable of communicating effectively with prospective students from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective students interested in educational opportunities.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information about available academic programs, admission requirements, and enrollment procedures.
• Communicate with prospective students in Arabic, English, and French.
• Follow up with interested prospects and guide them throughout the application and enrollment process.
• Generate and maintain a pipeline of prospective students.
• Support student recruitment and enrollment growth initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, prospective students, follow-ups, and enrollment progress.
• Prepare regular recruitment and sales activity reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, or any related field is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic, English, and French (spoken and written) - Required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience in sales, student recruitment, customer relations, admissions, or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate professionally with individuals from different cultural backgrounds.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and motivated to achieve recruitment targets.
