Sales Assistant - Germany / Benelux

Join us! About the Role As Sales Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our sales team in the German and Benelux market. You will help prepare customer offers, assortment proposals, product lists and sales materials. You will work with product data, customer information, stock updates, pricing and order follow-up. The role is both commercial and operational. You will work closely with sales, marketing, logistics and finance to make sure customer requests, product launches and retail activities move forward smoothly. You will often work with incomplete or changing information, so we are looking for someone who can create structure, ask the right follow-up questions and communicate clearly. Key Responsibilities Support the sales team with customer offers, product lists, assortment proposals and sales presentations Maintain and update customer, product and order data in our systems Help prepare recommendations based on product performance, stock availability, pricing, margin and customer needs Track orders and coordinate with logistics and finance to support timely delivery and accurate billing Follow up on missing information from internal teams, brands, customers and partners Support product launches, retail activations, campaigns and brand collaborations Prepare customer research, lead lists and follow-up materials for the sales team Ensure clear, consistent and professional communication with customers and partners Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer support, operations, buying, retail administration, logistics coordination or beauty/well-being sector Secondary or higher education; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is an advantage Proficiency in digital tools (CRM, ERP, MS Office, advanced Excel, including working with lists, formulas, lookups and clean file preparation) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and capable of working independently High sense of responsibility and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced international environment Native German speaker with fluent English (additional languages are beneficial) Entrepreneurial mindset Who We're Looking For Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills Clear and proactive communication style; you follow up until things are resolved Comfortable working with incomplete or changing information Organized, reliable and able to manage several small tasks at the same time Commercial mindset: you understand that sales, margin, stock, timing and customer needs all matter Team player with a willingness to learn and improve processes Interest in beauty, skincare or K-beauty is a strong plus What We Offer A key role in a growing international beauty distribution company making waves in the European cosmetics market Work with a dynamic, international team that values trust, initiative, and collaboration Help bring high-quality, affordable skincare to people across Europe Dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment with a flat organizational structure encouraging initiative and ownership Access to premium Korean and Japanese beauty brands Staff discounts and perks in the beauty industry Opportunities for professional growth and development About us Orien Trade is a fast-growing player in the beauty retail space, bringing leading K-beauty and J-beauty brands to market and building long-term partnerships with retailers, distributors, and e-commerce players across the region.
