Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Associate with 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally within the Call Center or BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a strong understanding of the sales cycle. This role requires an individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, as well as the ability to establish and nurture client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads and develop client relationships within the Call Center/BPO industry.

• Engage with potential clients through cold calls, email outreach, and networking events to introduce our services and identify their staffing needs.

• Conduct product/service presentations and client meetings to showcase the value of our staffing solutions.

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and exceptional service delivery.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to stay competitive.

• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on all client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Document and track all sales activities in our CRM (Zoho experience is a plus).

Role Requirements:

• 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the Call Center/BPO industry.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Strong understanding of the sales process with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to generating new business opportunities.

• Proficient in CRM software, Zoho experience preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
