Role Description The Sales Associate is a contract role based in Auckland, New Zealand, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting sales activities across the Salesforce and partner solution portfolio, assisting with lead qualification, and preparing proposals and sales presentations. The role involves maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating with marketing and technical teams, and following up with prospects and existing clients to progress opportunities. The Sales Associate will also help analyze customer needs, contribute to account plans, and provide administrative support to ensure an efficient, professional sales process that aligns with Relationship Unlimited’s standards of transparency and trust.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer engagement skills, including lead qualification, pipeline support, and relationship management.
- CRM and technology aptitude, preferably familiarity with Salesforce or similar cloud-based platforms.
- Business communication skills, including clear written communication, confident verbal presentation, and professional email etiquette.
- Analytical and organizational skills, including attention to detail, data accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and a hybrid environment (office and remote).
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or technology consulting is advantageous.
- Preferred qualification: diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand and availability to work on-site in Auckland as required.
