Job Description

客户体验和销售：

• 你将为每一位客户提供热情的接待，包括主动问候店内所有顾客，与孩子们互动，了解各个商品的特点和优势，执行各项收银操作，并成功完成销售。

• 独立解决顾客提出的各种问题，任何困难及时提交上级处理。

• 店铺销售之间共同合作，最大限度地为乐高品牌旗舰店的顾客提供最优秀的服务。

仓库管理：

• 安全高效地管理门店仓库，协助接收货品。

• 根据上级的要求时刻保持仓库的有序整洁，并确保所有可售商品在货架中陈列。

• 做好店铺日常的防损工作。

· 

其他：

• 遵循上级提供的指导方针严格执行各类财务管理流程。

• 始终遵循店铺健康与安全的制度和流程，并及时上报任何潜在或突发安全事件。

• 营造干净、安全且视觉上富有吸引力的环境，具体包括承担日常清洁工作、维护门店陈列，以及学习乐高品牌零售陈列标准。

你必须具备：

• 高中及以上的学历，有零售相关经验优先；

• 有良好的组织能力、口头与书面表达的能力；

• 性格外向、热情；

• 能够接受灵活的工作时间；

• 英语技能是加分项但不是必需；

• 有乐高积木拼搭经验和MOC的经验是加分项但不是必须。
