Company Description
The Accessible Marketing Institute helps agencies and marketers create marketing that disabled people can use.
The organization leads the Accessible Marketing Charter, a set of ten public promises that guide agencies to include disabled people in their work, including captioning videos, using plain language, and meeting WCAG 2.2 AA standards. It also runs the AMI Cohort, a six-week live training program designed for neurodivergent learners, supporting marketers, designers, and content creators toward certification.
Based in Leicestershire, the Institute works with agencies across the UK and worldwide, with the Charter and first Cohort launching in 2027 and a growing waitlist via its website. Prospective team members will join a mission-driven organization focused on inclusion, accessibility, and practical support for professionals.

The Sales Associate will also coordinate with marketing and training teams to understand program details, communicate value clearly, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new signatories and cohort participants. The role requires a commitment to accessibility, inclusive communication, and building long-term relationships with clients.
