We are a company that rewards creative minds who can offer bold solutions, where opinions matter, anything is possible and the outcome can be revolutionary. As a global full-service real estate brokerage utilizing a 3-D, fully immersive, cloud office environment, offering 24/7 access to collaborative tools & training, eXp has broken the traditional mold of real estate. We are doing big things. Come join us!

What you will do:

As a Sales Coach, you will play a key role in supporting, developing and retaining high-performing real estate agents. You will build trusted relationships with agents, drive accountability, improve productivity and help foster a strong performance-driven sales culture.

  • Agent Coaching & Accountability: Serve as the primary point of contact for agents within your assigned Agent Pool, providing ongoing coaching, mentorship, guidance and accountability to help them achieve their production goals.
  • Agent Retention & Engagement: Build strong, trusted relationships with agents by adopting an agent-as-client mentality, providing coaching, advising and negotiation support to help retain top sales talent.
  • Sales Performance & Productivity: Conduct regular daily and weekly accountability calls with agents, reviewing key performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting agents in achieving their sales targets.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on agent productivity, including deals per agent per month and hand-off-to-deal conversion rates, providing insights to support effective leadership and decision-making.
  • Training & Development: Facilitate engaging, interactive small-group training sessions that encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing and peer-to-peer learning.
  • Agent Onboarding & Education: Support the ongoing development and implementation of onboarding resources, including the Skool platform, and promote awareness and adoption of Follow Up Boss (FUB) systems and best practices.
  • Sales Process Development: Assist with reviewing, improving and updating Zoocasa onboarding and sales training materials to support consistent agent development and performance.
  • Pipeline Management & Coordination: Partner closely with the Inside Sales Manager to ensure a seamless experience for agents and clients throughout the entire journey, from lead generation and hand-off through to deal completion and repeat business.
  • Agent Experience & Customer Service: Work collaboratively with brokerage services teams to gather feedback, identify operational challenges and support a positive experience for both agents and clients.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to ongoing sales initiatives and process improvements.
  • Other accountabilities as assigned.

How you will make an impact:

  • Build and maintain a high-performing, motivated and productive agent community.
  • Strengthen agent engagement and retention through consistent coaching, mentorship and support.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, consistency and continuous improvement.
  • Help agents identify opportunities to increase their sales performance and achieve their business goals.
  • Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing and best practices across the sales team.
  • Contribute to improving onboarding, training and sales processes to support the continued growth of Zoocasa.
  • Maintain regular communication with agents, team members and leadership through virtual meetings, calls and other communication channels.
  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities while managing priorities effectively in a remote working environment.

How you will grab our attention:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, sales coaching, sales support or a related field.
  • Experience within the real estate industry or working with real estate agents is strongly preferred.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring and relationship-building skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
  • A strong understanding of sales performance, productivity metrics and accountability practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple agent relationships and priorities.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Comfortable facilitating group training sessions, virtual meetings and collaborative learning environments.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and agent-focused platforms such as Follow Up Boss, SkySlope, Canva and Skool.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, systems and processes.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a genuine passion for supporting agent success.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote, cross-functional team.
  • Flexibility to provide coaching, guidance and support outside traditional business hours when required.

If you think you’d make a great match for this position but don’t meet all the requirements, we would still encourage you to apply!
