As we continue to grow, we are expanding our network of freelance sales agents to help increase our client base and extend our sales reach. Role Overview We are offering an opportunity for self-motivated and goal-driven freelance sales agents to join our team. This is a flexible, work-from-anywhere opportunity where agents are responsible for generating leads, securing clients, and closing sales for Tranquility Promo. Please note that this is not a full-time job and not a salaried position . It is a performance-based opportunity suited to individuals who are comfortable working independently and earning based on the sales they generate. Earnings & Compensation • This role does not provide a salary or fixed income. • Agents earn a profit share from the sales they successfully bring to Tranquility Promo. • Earnings are directly linked to the value and profitability of the sales secured by the agent. • The profit share percentage will be explained during the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities • Identify potential clients and introduce them to Tranquility Promo’s services. • Generate leads, secure bookings, and close sales. • Maintain professional communication with clients. • Represent Tranquility Promo in a professional manner. Important Information • Freelance sales agents act as independent contractors and are not employees of Tranquility Promo. • No employee benefits, fixed working hours, or guaranteed monthly income are provided. • Agents manage their own time and operate independently. Requirements Requirements To be considered for this opportunity, applicants should: • Be self-motivated and comfortable working independently . • Have good communication and people skills . • Be confident in approaching potential clients and presenting services . • Have basic sales ability or an interest in sales (previous sales experience is helpful but not required) . • Have access to a phone and internet to communicate with clients. • Be reliable, professional, and goal-driven . • Be able to manage their own time and work schedule .
