Role Description The Sales Coordinator role is a full-time remote position responsible for supporting and organizing the sales activities of MAC Learning Hub’s training programs. The Sales Coordinator will handle day-to-day tasks such as responding to inquiries from prospective learners, maintaining accurate records of leads, and coordinating follow-ups with the sales team to ensure timely communication. This role will involve preparing and updating sales reports, assisting in organizing online information sessions or webinars, and coordinating with the marketing team to align promotions with sales objectives. The Sales Coordinator will also support customer service by addressing learner concerns, sharing program details, and guiding individuals through enrollment processes. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and consistent use of digital tools and CRM systems will be essential to maintain smooth sales operations.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage leads, track activities, and support the sales pipeline efficiently.
• Candidates should possess strong Sales and Customer Service skills to engage prospective learners, understand their needs, and provide helpful, timely guidance.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, for interacting with learners and internal teams.
• Proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software is beneficial.
• Prior experience in education services, training institutes, or professional development organizations is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are required.
• A relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if supported by practical experience.
