Your mission

  • Onboard new customers: guide new UK customers through setup and training until they're getting real value from foodforecast.
  • Build relationships: be the main UK contact for customers and partners, and earn their trust over time.
  • Convert and grow: turn trials into paying customers and spot chances to expand existing accounts.
  • Build the pipeline: use a targeted data set to start conversations through email, phone and networking, then work with our UK lead to close deals.
  • Represent us at events: attend UK industry events with our UK lead and help make foodforecast a known name in the market.
  • Share what you learn: pass customer and market feedback back to the team in Cologne so our product and approach improve.

Your profile

  • You have experience in customer success, account management or B2B sales, ideally with a SaaS product.
  • A background in hospitality, food service or food retail is a strong plus. You know how these businesses run and speak their language.
  • You enjoy both sides of the job: looking after customers and actively finding new ones, including on the phone.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently and build relationships easily.
  • You speak English at C2 level.
  • You're organised and self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely as part of an international team.
  • You're based in the UK, have the right to work there, and are happy to travel to industry events and to Cologne for training.

Why us?

  • At our fast-growing company with a real purpose, exciting and responsible tasks are waiting for you.
  • Your work truly matters here: together, we make sure less food ends up in the bin.
  • A structured start: our standard onboarding, joining customer meetings with our UK lead, a dedicated CSM buddy and a training week with the team in Cologne.
  • Growing with us means excellent development opportunities and a genuine start-up feeling in a dynamic team.
  • Flexible working hours, the option to work from home and plenty of understanding for parents are a given for us.
  • Your own projects are in your hands, and we give you the freedom to actively shape them.
  • As a close-knit team of great, motivated people, we trust each other and want to achieve big things together.
