DBA Bingltd, is a family-owned company specializing in solid wood products, including butcher block countertops. We are building a new and growing division and are looking for a motivated team member to support our customers, sales team, and daily operations.
Position Summary
The Sales & Customer Support Coordinator will support customer service, sales activities, and business development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, learning new technology, and growing with a company.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer phone calls, emails, website inquiries, and online messages.
Support B2C customers and B2B accounts.
Prepare quotes, product information, and sales documents.
Update customer information and follow-up activities in HubSpot CRM.
Research potential dealers, distributors, and wholesale customers.
Help create product catalogs, brochures, and marketing materials using AI tools and Canva.
Assist the sales and operations team with daily tasks.
Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
Comfortable learning new software and technology.
Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
Ability to research information online.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred:
Customer service, sales support, or administrative experience.
Experience with CRM systems, Shopify, or AI tools.
Experience in wholesale, building materials, furniture, or home improvement industries.
