What you’ll do:

Establish strategic relationships across public financial-sector institutions, map organizational decision-making structures, and maintain high market visibility ahead of formal procurement cycles. Qualify and advance prospective opportunities, initiating targeted outreach to secure discovery meetings for Account Executives.

  • Proactive outbound engagement mindset, identifying and executing effective communication channels to connect with institutional prospects.
  • Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales, business development, market intelligence, or client-facing consultative roles.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within public sector or heavily regulated environments.
  • Structured and methodical approach to pipeline development, including rigorous territory mapping, diligent CRM documentation, and systematic execution against targeted account plans.

Why we should decide on you:

  • Substantive background in financial services, financial market data, risk management, or regulatory reporting.
  • Experience in enterprise software or SaaS solutions, with an emphasis on data management platforms or technology delivered to complex financial institutions.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with or working within the public sector, including central banks, supervisory authorities, statistical bodies, or multilateral financial institutions.
  • Solid grasp of public procurement and tender procedures (RFIs, RFPs, and framework agreements), with the ability to engage stakeholders and position solutions prior to tender publication.
  • Familiarity with technology initiatives funded by multilateral development banks or donor agencies (e.g., World Bank, IMF, IDB, EU technical assistance programs).
  • Languages: Professional proficiency in English and German is strongly preferred. Working proficiency in French is highly advantageous; candidates possessing strong English and German skills with a commitment to developing French proficiency are warmly encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) concepts and their practical applications within enterprise and financial workflows.

Good to have

  • An existing network of contacts within central banks, financial supervisory authorities, or public institutions (advantageous, though not a mandatory prerequisite).
  • In-depth regulatory expertise is not required on day one; intellectual curiosity and a strong motivation to develop deep domain expertise are essential (full onboarding and training provided).
  • Good understanding of closing deals or carrying an individual sales quota as an Account Executive.
  • Foundational understanding of enterprise software architectures and technical implementation processes.
  • Working familiarity with the European supervisory architecture (e.g., EBA, ECB, National Competent Authorities, National Central Banks), or the agility to master this landscape quickly.
  • Conceptual awareness of key European reporting frameworks (e.g., FINREP, COREP, AnaCredit, statistical reporting) and their regulatory objectives.
  • Practical experience monitoring EU public procurement notices (TED) and navigating formal institutional framework agreements.
  • Prior professional experience collaborating with institutional clients or stakeholders across the DACH region or French-speaking markets.

Why you should decide on us:

Let’s grow together, join a market leading SaaS company – our agile character and culture of innovation enable you to design our future.

  • We provide you with the opportunity to take on responsibility and participate in international projects.
  • In addition to our buddy-program, we offer numerous individual and wide-ranging training opportunities during which you can explore technical and functional areas.
  • Our internal mobility initiative encourages colleagues to transfer cross functionally to gain experience and promotes knowledge sharing.
  • We are proud of our positive working atmosphere characterized by a supportive team across various locations and countries and transparent communication across all levels.
  • Together we're better - meet your colleagues at our numerous team events.

To apply, please submit your CV/resume. We look forward to meeting qualified candidates in an introductory interview (in-person or virtual).
