For our partner infinit. cx - the specialists in the DACH region for profitable customer retention and differentiation through outstanding customer experiences - we are looking for a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) in Poland. With your strong track record in enterprise sales, your ability to open and develop new markets and your confident presence in front of senior stakeholders, you will drive the successful market entry and long-term growth of Sprinklr in Poland. Are you ready to take ownership of a high-impact market development role and actively shape the expansion of an innovative CX solution in a fast-growing region? Strategic development and expansion of the Polish market, with a focus on identifying, approaching, and acquiring new customers across key target industries such as telecommunications, insurance, banking, retail, and energy End-to-end management of complex sales processes—from RFI/RFP through proposal strategy, business case/ROI development, and pricing, to contract negotiation and deal closure Development and execution of partner and ecosystem strategies in close collaboration with technology and sales partners Building sustainable customer partnerships with the goal of establishing Sprinklr as a long-term solution, while unlocking future expansion, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities Ownership of pipeline, forecast, and performance management, along with close alignment with Presales, Delivery, Finance, and Legal to ensure successful execution Min. 5–7 years of professional experience in a sales-related environment, with an established network in the Polish market Proven experience in customer management and acquisition, with a strong focus on high customer satisfaction and sustainable account development, as well as an established network of large enterprise clients in the Polish market Strong understanding of Customer Experience, analytics, digital marketing, social media, or MarTech, combined with solid SaaS expertise, ideally including experience with platforms such as Sprinklr Confident in navigating complex stakeholder environments, with proven experience in managing end-to-end sales processes Strong knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry insights, combined with a solid understanding of KPIs The role offers the opportunity to initially focus on building the Polish market with Sprinklr and to establish oneself as a key driver of the market entry With successful development over the first years, there is the potential to gradually expand the portfolio to additional services—provided the market demonstrates sufficient opportunity and early successes confirm scalability Furthermore, the position opens up the possibility to contribute to additional Eastern European markets in the future after establishing Poland, thereby actively driving regional expansion It offers a high degree of autonomy, enabling independent work, personal growth, and the opportunity to take on real responsibility The company fosters a culture of flat hierarchies and transparency, characterized by direct communication, clear goals, short decision-making paths, and an authentic way of working together Become part of the team and apply now!
