Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities: * Prospect and qualify potential customers through prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and other lead generation strategies. * Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations. * Articulate our value proposition to prospects and identify their needs and challenges. * Schedule demo meetings for our sales team with qualified opportunities. * Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system. * Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes and strategies. * Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Requirements: *Candidate must be from the Philippines or the US. * Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Adaptability and self-motivation. * Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet access. * Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. * Bachelor's degree preferred. Technical Requirements: * Internet speed of at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload. * Laptop or desktop with a decent processor and at least 8GB of RAM.
