Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
• Follow up on leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
• Schedule appointments and product demonstrations when required.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
• Meet individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and achieve company goals.

Qualifications

Required

• Excellent English speaking skills with clear pronunciation and strong communication abilities.
• Confident and professional phone presence.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Preferred

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or a similar client-facing role is an advantage but not required.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Experience working with US-based clients is beneficial.
