Sales Development Representative (SDR) Soulside AI · US Remote · Works with the CEO & Director of Partnerships About Soulside Soulside AI is the specialist AI platform for behavioral health documentation and compliance. We automate clinical documentation from intake through discharge and run real-time chart audits for medical necessity and denial reduction—so clinicians can spend time with patients, not paperwork. We're backed by Counterpart Ventures, GreyMatter Capital, and One Mind. A small team with a clear mission. The Role You'll be the engine of our outbound motion. Working directly with the CEO and Director of Partnerships, you'll identify, engage, and qualify behavioral health organizations—and turn them into a pipeline. What You'll Do Build and execute outbound sequences across behavioral health organizations. Research high-fit prospects and personalize outreach—email, phone, LinkedIn. Qualify inbound interest and route conversations to leadership. Maintain clean pipeline data in CRM and contribute to weekly reviews. Support conference and event follow-up as Soulside's industry presence grows. You'd Be a Great Fit If You Have 1–2+ years in a sales, BD, or customer-facing role in healthcare (previous work in AI is a plus). Strong written and verbal communication—clear, human, no filler. Interest in behavioral health, or mission-driven startups. A resilient, self-directed mindset—you manage your own cadence. Coachability and a drive to improve. Bonus points: experience selling into behavioral health settings; familiarity with EHR, RCM, or clinical documentation workflows.
