Sales Development Representative

We’re Hiring: Sales Development Representative (Technical / B2B) – Hybrid/Remote

Location: Batam (Hybrid / Remote)

Industry: Industrial Test & Measurement / Solution Sales

Are you commercially driven with a technical or engineering background? We’re expanding our regional coverage and looking for a Sales Development Representative (Hybrid/Remote) based in Batam.

In this role, you will bridge business development and technical solution sales—qualifying leads, engaging clients on technical products, and managing key regional accounts.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Conversion: Qualify inbound MQLs into SQLs and drive proactive outreach across appointed regional markets.
• Consultative Sales: Handle technical client queries, map product solutions to customer needs, and maintain key accounts.
• Pipeline & Quotations: Prepare accurate commercial quotations, track opportunities in the CRM, and manage deals from interest to closure.
• Order Execution: Oversee the full order lifecycle from PO receipt to project setup, coordinating with internal teams for smooth delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or Business.
• Experience: 1–2+ years in B2B Technical Sales, Solution Selling, or Test & Measurement (Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome).
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand product specifications and comfortably discuss client technical queries.
• Flexibility: Comfortable working in a hybrid/remote environment with high self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and fluent business English.
