Telesales Specialist

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for meeting sales target.
• Perform calling to a prospective members by offering and explaining product selling point.
• Assist and answering all question from members pertaining to sites and product.
• Convert new registration to an active players.
• Managing database.
• Managing member accounts.
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Gather all feedback from members for future improvement plan.

Performance Measures

• No of successful call
• New registration from acquisition/retention Sales call
• No of FTD (conversion ratio from registration to deposit)
• Amount of deposit

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Min high school, Diploma, or bachelor degree in economic, sales, marketing or any major related to the job dec.
• Min 1 year experience in CS, Sales, or marketing.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa, English would be an advantage.
• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
• Highly motivated and determine.
• Perform team work in sales oriented environments.
• Excellent skills In Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, etc. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Strong interpersonal skills- ability to build effective relationships across the organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa).
