Sales Development Representative

Are you an experienced B2B cold caller or outbound sales professional looking to apply your skills in a high-growth industry? Accel Bio is hiring Sales Development Representatives to drive outbound lead generation for leading pharmaceutical service and product providers. If you're comfortable picking up the phone, launching cold email campaigns, and turning cold conversations into booked meetings — we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

You'll be the first point of contact between our clients and their prospects — making high-volume outbound calls and sending targeted emails to identify and qualify leads in the pharma and biotech sectors. Day-to-day, this means:

• Conducting cold outreach (calls and emails) on behalf of our life science clients
• Delivering scripted pitches and qualifying leads against client criteria
• Launching, editing and managing cold email campaigns
• Booking and confirming appointments with qualified prospects
• Following up with prospects
• Maintaining accurate records in our CRM and reporting on your activity and performance

Requirements

• Prior B2B cold calling or cold outreach experience is required
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Reliable, fast internet connection
• Your own computer and headset
• Available to work 10 AM – 7 PM EST (North American time zone).
• Work experience or a degree in the sciences is considered a major asset.

Compensation

• USD 1200 to 1600 monthly base, plus bi-weekly performance bonuses.
