Happy Vibes Media is a Texas-based solar appointment-setting company, and our floor is growing. We're hiring experienced Sales Development Representatives to make outbound calls to US homeowners and set qualified solar appointments. If you've set appointments before and you can hold your own on a cold call, we'll give you the leads, the script, the training, and a comp plan where the ceiling is yours to set.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound cold calls to US homeowners about going solar
• Handle objections, build quick rapport, and qualify interest
• Set appointments for our closing partners and log everything accurately in our CRM
• Follow our proven scripts — and help make them better
• Join daily team huddles and coaching sessions

Schedule

• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Central Time, Monday to Friday
• For applicants in the Philippines, this is a night shift (approximately 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM local time) — please apply only if this schedule genuinely works for you long-term

Compensation

• $200/week guaranteed base pay(just starting, this ramps up as you're able to hit production milestones)
• Commissions and performance incentives on top — our current agents earn up to $550–$700/week
• Clear, transparent metrics: the more qualified appointments you set, the more you make

Requirements

• Proven experience in solar appointment setting, or outbound appointment setting / cold calling in a similar campaign
• Excellent spoken English — clear, confident, and easy for US homeowners to understand
• Your own equipment: reliable computer, noise-canceling headset, and stable high-speed internet
• A quiet, dedicated workspace free of background noise
• Backup internet or power solution is a strong plus
• Coachable, competitive, and consistent — you show up every shift ready to dial
