We're Hiring: Full-Time Remote Appointment Setter (South Africa Based)
Advanced Energy Surveys is a UK commercial solar lead generation agency. We generate qualified survey appointments for solar installers across the UK — and we're growing fast.
We're looking for a driven, phone-confident appointment setter based in South Africa to join our remote team full time.
What you'll be doing:
Making outbound calls to UK business owners during UK hours (9am-5pm GMT)
Qualifying interest in commercial solar surveys
Booking sat meetings with decision makers
Following a proven script and qualification process
Logging all activity in our CRM
What we're looking for:
Minimum 1 year cold calling experience — essential, not optional
Experience cold calling UK businesses is a strong advantage
Clear, confident English communication
Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
Coachable, consistent and resilient under high call volume
Available full time during UK hours Monday-Friday
What we offer:
£110 per qualified sat meeting — uncapped, no base
OTE £1,000-£2000/month based on performance
