About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will identify potential customers, initiate conversations, qualify leads, and create new sales opportunities for the team.
Responsibilities
Identify and research potential customers through various channels.
Make outbound calls and conduct email and other prospecting activities.
Engage prospects and build rapport through professional communication.
Qualify leads based on established criteria.
Schedule appointments with qualified prospects.
Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture potential opportunities.
Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are properly handed over.
Stay knowledgeable about company products, services, and target markets.
Continuously improve outreach and sales techniques.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, business development, or lead generation is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new prospects.
Confident, professional, and personable.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Goal-oriented and motivated by results.
Ability to handle rejection professionally.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup.
Basic computer and CRM skills.
