We're J2 Group, a Melbourne-based outbound sales company. We build and run sales programmes for some of the best B2B and tech companies in Australia: fintech, payments, SaaS and more. Our South African team works fully remotely on Australian campaigns, trained and coached by the same leaders who coach our Australian reps.

Why this role works:

• Earn in Australian dollars. AUD $2,000 per month base, plus $30 for every lead you generate, uncapped. At one lead a day, that's around AUD $2,650 a month. The more you book, the more you earn, in a currency that goes a long way at home.
• Work from home, properly. No commute, no call-centre floor. Your desk, your setup.
• Australian hours, South African freedom. You'll work Australian business hours from home in South Africa. Early starts, and once the Australian day wraps, the rest of yours is your own.
• Real B2B experience. Structured outbound (phone, email, LinkedIn) for real Australian clients. Not lead lists and scripts read off a screen. Real conversations with real business owners and decision makers.
• Ongoing full-time hours with weekly coaching from experienced sales leaders.
