Role Description
This remote Sales Development Representative role is offered on an independent contractor basis. It focuses on identifying and engaging prospective clients interested in will writing and legacy planning services. The role is weighted towards inbound lead handling, qualification, and appointment booking, complemented by outbound outreach to partners.
The Sales Development Representative will schedule consultations with our estate planning teams, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, executing outreach via phone, email, and messaging platforms, and collaborating with the sales team and fellow SDR to refine lead generation strategies.
The role requires consistent performance against booking and conversion targets while providing a professional, empathetic experience to families considering their estate planning options.
Team Structure
You'll join a collaborative sales team of 10 sales representatives and an existing Sales Development Representative. Working closely with your fellow SDR, you'll share inbound lead handling and outbound outreach, coordinate scheduling across our estate planning teams, and hand over qualified appointments to the sales team. You'll also contribute to refining how leads are managed and converted.

• SGD 3,000 to 7,200 per month, comprising a base retainer plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses
• Structured three-month ramp period with progressive targets
This is an independent contractor engagement. Compensation does not include CPF contributions or employee benefits.
Training and Onboarding
• Fully funded Public Estate Planner (PEP) certification, to be completed before your start date
• In-person training at our Tanjong Pagar office during the first month, with remote work thereafter
• Client-facing hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM
