Dixa is the agentic customer service platform behind more than 1,000 consumer brands. We combine AI with a human touch, so brands can resolve customer questions instantly and still feel personal. Our AI agent, Mim, can resolve most routine enquiries on its own. Every email, chat, call and DM sits in one connected conversation, so no customer ever feels like a ticket number.
Customer service is changing faster than ever, and the conversations you start will put Dixa in front of the brands making that change.
Most SDR jobs follow the same pattern. You sit in a row of desks, work through a call list, book a meeting, hand it off, and never find out what happened next. This role is built differently.
At Dixa we call this role a CX Growth Associate. You’ll be part of a Sales Pod, a small team that owns a territory from start to finish. You’ll work every day with experts in sales (CX Consultants) and solutions (CX Architect). You’ll have a real share in what the territory produces. You won’t just feed a pipeline. You’ll help build it, understand it, and see it close.

You’ll help build it, understand it, and see it close.
What makes this different
- You’re part of a team, not a queue. There’s no SDR floor passing meetings over a wall. You sit in the Pod with your consultants. You plan accounts together, decide which ones to go after together, and share the credit when deals close.
- You’ll see the whole deal cycle. You’ll join pipeline and deal reviews, follow the meetings you booked through to close, and sit in on post-onboarding debriefs to hear what customers actually got compared with what they were promised. Most SDRs don’t see this for years.
- Creativity counts more than call counts. Yes, outbound matters, and calls, email and LinkedIn are all part of the work. But we want you to try things: account-based campaigns with Marketing, events, co-selling with partners, and messaging you’ve tested and refined. If you have an idea for reaching a prospect that isn’t a cold call, we want to hear it.
- You’ll learn the territory, not just the script. Over time you’ll become one of the people who knows which accounts are in-market, where the pain is, and what messaging works. That knowledge feeds straight into how the Pod sells.
- There’s a real path forward. This role is the foundation for a broader commercial career within the Pod model. You’ll build the instincts of a deal-maker from your first day.
- Generating pipeline across your territory through a mix of outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up and creative, account-based plays
- Owning meeting booking for the Pod, both inbound and outbound, and qualifying against our Ideal Customer Profile so that every meeting is a real opportunity
- Following up on marketing- and partner-sourced leads quickly, so that no signal goes unworked
- You'll be helping organise events and driving prospect attendance. taking the lead with new ideas for helping your pod engage face to face with brands
- You'll obsess over how to open conversations with new prospects - leveraging internal resources, being creative, being relevant and being relentless
- Joining deal reviews and onboarding debriefs, and using what you learn to sharpen how you prospect and qualify
- Sharing what works (messaging, approaches, objection handling) with CX Growth Associates in other Pods
How is success measured?
The Pod shares one goal: Won ARR. Your part in it shows up in the qualified meetings you deliver, your share of the Pod’s pipeline, consistent outbound activity, and the revenue that your meetings eventually turn into.
- You have experience in sales development, business development or outbound prospecting, and a track record of consistent pipeline generation
- You have a growth-hacking mindset. You test new channels, tools and messaging, measure what works, and double down on it, rather than sticking to the same playbook
- You know outbound methodologies and qualification frameworks, and you’re comfortable in a CRM (Salesforce ideally) and sales engagement tools
- SaaS or tech sales experience is a plus, and familiarity with customer service or contact centre solutions is a bonus
- You’re resilient and self-motivated, and rejection doesn’t slow you down
- You’re commercially curious. You want to understand a prospect’s business, not just tick boxes
- You’d rather win as a team than as an individual, and you’re happy to share accountability
- You’re organised about activity, follow-ups and CRM hygiene, because the Pod relies on it
- You’re ambitious and want to grow into a broader commercial career
