- Join a growing aviation intelligence business working with airlines, lessors, OEMs and investors worldwide
- High-impact SDR role focused on consultative, value-led conversations
- Opportunity to engage with senior decision-makers across a global market
- Clear progression into leadership or international sales opportunities
- Hybrid working with a collaborative and supportive team environment
THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a specialist aviation intelligence provider with a global presence. The business delivers data, analytics and advisory-led insights that help organisations across the aviation sector make informed commercial, operational and strategic decisions, an ever important tool for customers in a more competitive industry.
Working closely with the sales team, you will identify and research prospective customers, build targeted outreach campaigns and generate high-quality meetings with senior stakeholders which will then be joined by an Account Executive. This is a consultative new business role where success comes from understanding customer challenges and creating interest in a subscription-based intelligence platform. Typical contacts will include airlines, aircraft lessors, financial institutions, OEMs, MROs and investors.
A marvellous career is to be had here as you continue your existing SDR journey in a new sector where you can quickly climb the ranks to BDR and then AE within a relatively short space of time.
LOCATION:
Hybrid role based from Leatherhead or Central London, with approximately 1-2 days per week in the office. Candidates should be located within reasonable commuting distance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience as an SDR, BDR or similar business development role
- Experience in SaaS, business intelligence, data services or aviation-related sectors is advantageous
- Strong prospecting, research and communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers
- Commercially driven, proactive and highly organised
- Consultative approach with a genuine interest in understanding customer needs
THE PACKAGE:
- £45,000 basic salary
- Uncapped earnings with OTE of £65,000-£70,000
- Monthly bonus structure linked to meetings, opportunities and closed business
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Pension contribution
- Healthcare and medical benefits following probation
- WFH one day per week
THE COMPANY:
