Remote (Ireland) / Full-time / Sales
Alderframe builds software for distributors, manufacturers and equipment suppliers: the connections that carry an order from sales to the warehouse to the invoice, and the internal tools those systems leave out.
Our first conversation with a company is usually about one problem. Orders keyed twice. Returns that finance can't match. A report nobody trusts. As Sales Development Representative you find those companies, start that conversation and pass a clear note to the person who scopes the work. Remote from anywhere in Ireland.

What you'll work on:
- Researching distributors and manufacturers and the systems they run
- Emails, calls and LinkedIn messages to operations and finance staff
- Qualifying calls
- Notes in the CRM that a colleague can pick up without asking you anything
- Booking discovery calls for the delivery team
- Some experience in sales, business development or customer-facing work, internships included
- A CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive
- Comfortable on the phone
- Selling software or services to businesses
- Time in a distribution, wholesale or manufacturing company. You'll know what a split shipment costs.
