We’re mission-driven, unapologetically Florida, and focused on protecting our wildlife, ecosystems, and way of life. The Role We’re hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help grow our community and sales. This is a commission-only role for full-time Florida residents (18+) who are self-motivated, consistent, and aligned with our mission. No big social following required—we’ll train and support you. What You’ll Do Promote our brands and hundreds of products in your own style (apparel, hats, energy drinks, handmade flags, etc.). Drive online sales using your unique discount code (all sales tracked). Engage audiences online and at approved local events/markets (display samples, direct buyers to order online). What We Offer Commission on net profit : start at 10% , with the potential to move to 15% and 20% based on performance. Clear monthly payouts: commissions are calculated and paid the first week of each month with a detailed report. Typical sales: most items average out to steady, repeatable commissions. High-ticket example: handmade wooden flags represent the highest commission potential . Training & ongoing support , plus inside tips and best practices to grow your own social media following . Contests & recognition: regular competitions for cash/prizes and shout-outs on our platforms. Events & podcast exposure: opportunities to participate in events we host or attend and join podcast filming . Merch access: purchase samples at cost + shipping (no retail markup) to support your promos. Referral Rewards (not MLM): $25 cash or merch credit when your referral completes 90 days, leaderboard recognition, and free entry into one SDR contest per qualified referral (one-time bonus; not tied to their sales).
