Job Summary

This team is revolutionizing health coverage for the self-employed economy. By providing solopreneurs and small teams access to nationwide PPO networks and AI-powered concierge support, this company transforms healthcare from a personal burden into a strategic business decision. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the engine of the growth engine. Your mission is to engage self-employed prospects across the U.S., overcome traditional insurance objections, and build a high-velocity pipeline for a team of licensed agents. This is a high-impact, offshore role designed for a cold-calling expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by a performance-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute a high volume of outbound activity, maintaining a minimum of 100 dials per day
• Prospect and qualify self-employed individuals and solopreneurs through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
• Manage calendars and schedule qualified appointments for US-licensed agents
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly targets for "qualified meetings held."
• Navigate complex objections regarding health insurance and medical coverage
• Participate in daily team dial blocks and live coaching sessions to sharpen sales tactics
• Maintain meticulous records in the CRM to ensure seamless hand-offs to the closing team
• Contribute to a collective Q4 team goal of 250 closed sales through high-quality pipeline generation
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in Cold Calling and high-volume outbound prospecting
• Strong proficiency in Cold Emailing and LinkedIn Outreach strategies
• Mastery of Objection Handling and the ability to pivot conversations toward value
• Experience with Calendar Management and scheduling logistics
• Previous experience working with a CRM (HubSpot or similar)
• Availability to work within US calling windows (EST focus) with flexible hours Previous experience in the Healthcare or Insurance sectors
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
