Requirements What You'll Be Doing: Lead Generation : Make outbound calls to UK businesses to introduce energy and water-saving solutions. Consultative Sales : Identify decision-makers, uncover pain points, and qualify needs through sharp, targeted questioning. Build Relationships : Develop trust and rapport with new prospects. Stay Ahead : Keep up with trends, competitor moves, and UK regulatory shifts to offer timely, relevant advice. Own Your Numbers : Track your performance through KPIs, 121s, and conversion reporting. Stay Compliant : Ensure all calls meet UK compliance standards—honesty builds lasting relationships. What We’re Looking For: Location: Cape Town (you'll work in a remote team based in Cape Town) B2B Sales Experience – Previous cold calling or lead gen experience is a big plus. Strong Communicator – You can clearly and confidently explain complex ideas. Resilient & Target-Driven – You bounce back from setbacks and stay focused on results.
