Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Job description We are seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with at least 2+ years of proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales. This role will focus on the APAC region , requiring excellent communication, research, and relationship-building skills to connect with prospects, qualify leads, and create opportunities for the sales team. Responsibilities Research, identify, and prospect new business opportunities within the APAC region. Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage potential customers. Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and aligning them with company solutions. Work closely with Account Executives and the sales team to build a strong pipeline and schedule meetings/demos. Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and campaigns. Maintain accurate records of activities, prospects, and opportunities in the CRM system. Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs for qualified leads and meetings booked. Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity in the APAC region. Provide feedback to marketing and sales leadership to improve outreach strategies and sales messaging. Requirements Bachelors Degree in any field (preferred but not required). 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales. Familiarity with outbound sales tools, CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and lead research platforms. Strong communication and presentation skills in English (additional APAC languages are a plus). Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Willingness to work flexible hours to align with both US time zone and APAC prospects . A team player with the ability to collaborate across departments. Working hours Full-time, remote role. Work primarily on US time zone , with flexibility to adjust for APAC outreach. Compensation $900 - $1500 per month (final amount based on evaluation during the interview and clients confirmation) Compensation will be provided in US Dollars.
