Your Responsibilities

· Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls using qualified lead lists.

· Engage with inbound leads and identify business opportunities.

· Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the Sales Team.

· Collaborate closely with your dedicated Sales Consultant to identify and develop strategic target accounts.

· Maintain accurate lead and activity records within the CRM system.

· Consistently achieve sales and qualified opportunity targets.

· Report sales activities, pipeline progress, and results.

What We're Looking For

· Native or C2 English proficiency (mandatory).

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

· Sales-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.

· Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

· Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.

· Previous experience in telesales, sales development, customer acquisition, or business development is a must.

· Basic understanding of software products and business processes is an advantage.
