JOB SUMMARY: The Sales Development Specialist (PowerOcean) will be responsible for expanding the network and acquiring new accounts in the solar category. They will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners across different market segments to support the distribution and sales of EcoFlow PowerOcean products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales and Business Development: Achieve sales targets by acquiring and developing relationships with key partners such as Solar EPCs, construction companies, real estate developers, and other potential partners. Generate leads and convert them into sales. Conduct market research, monitor competitor pricing and offers, and stay updated on industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners by securing contracts and partnerships aligned with company sales targets.
- Identify upselling opportunities to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Customer Service: Provide good customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction across different channels, including online platforms.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings. Attend industry events to expand the company's customer base and network.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for business growth.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a good understanding of product specifications and competitors. Effectively communicate product benefits to clients and address customer inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of a 4-year degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the construction, real estate, or engineering industry.
- Experience in the solar industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining business relationships with different stakeholders.
- Willing to perform fieldwork and report onsite as required, with at least 2 days in the office.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle are an advantage.
