Sales Digital Operations Specialist

ICAP Employment Solutions is currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Digital Operations Specialist to support its client, a leading company in the insurance industry, located in Athens. The successful candidate in this role will support the rollout and day-to-day operation of the Agent Digital Office (ADO) platform, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for insurance agents. Acting as the main point of contact, you will provide training, guidance, and first-line support, while also managing digital content through the YEXT platform and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall user experience. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the onboarding and activation of insurance agents on the Agent Digital Office (ADO) platform. Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing guidance to insurance agents, ensuring effective adoption and use of the platform. Serve as the first point of contact for agents, responding to inquiries and resolving day-to-day platform-related issues. Upload, organize, and schedule digital content through the YEXT platform. Work closely with internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues and continuously improve user experience. Monitor onboarding activities and support the successful execution of rollout waves. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to onboarding and support activities. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field. Previous experience in customer support, training, digital operations, or project coordination will be considered an asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with insurance agents and internal stakeholders. Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail. Customer-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM, CMS, or digital platforms is considered an advantage. Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
