We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support our Sales team with day to day operational and administrative activities.
The position is based in Athens and offers a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the Sales team with day-to-day operational and administrative activities, including:
- Supporting daily sales operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintaining and updating sales-related records and documentation.
- Preparing and updating Excel spreadsheets and reports.
- Assisting with data entry, organisation and accuracy checks.
- Coordinating with internal teams to support smooth operational processes.
- Monitoring pending tasks and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Supporting the organisation and maintenance of sales-related information.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
- 0 - 2 years of relevant professional experience; recent graduates may also be considered.
- Good to very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filtering, sorting and Pivot Tables.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Very good command of English, written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.
- Proactive, reliable and willing to learn.
- Previous experience with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.
