Your tasks As Sales Director DACH, you take full P&L and leadership responsibility for our DACH sales organization, our largest and most established region. You will lead, coach, and grow the existing team of Account Executives and SDRs, while also taking ownership of a function that today needs real structure: our partner/channel business. This is not a maintenance role. You are joining to professionalize and scale what exists, build what's missing, particularly a proper channel strategy and partner management framework, and set DACH up for its next step under new leadership. You will work closely with Sales Directors from our other regions (UK, Italy, Benelux, France, Poland/CEE) and with the CRO to align on shared go to market strategy, cross regional campaigns, pricing, and sharing of best practices across the European sales organization. The existing DACH Account Executives and SDRs will report directly into you. Expect regular travel within the DACH region for team and partner engagement, plus periodic in person alignment with the other regional Sales Directors and the CRO. Direct Sales Leadership Own the DACH sales P&L: pipeline, forecasting, quota setting, and revenue delivery. Lead, coach, and develop the DACH team of Account Executives and SDRs; build a high performing, accountable sales culture. Drive recruiting, onboarding, and ramp up of new sales hires as the team scales. Own DACH sales operations in partnership with Sales Ops: CRM hygiene, reporting, deal reviews, and pipeline discipline. Channel & Partner Management Build a structured, professional channel/partner program for DACH from the ground up, including partner tiering, enablement, incentive structures, and clear rules of engagement with direct sales. Recruit, activate, and manage strategic resellers, agencies, and technology/implementation partners. Establish KPIs and a regular cadence for partner performance reviews and joint business planning. Ensure the channel business is a scalable, repeatable revenue engine rather than an ad hoc set of relationships. Cross Regional & Strategic Alignment Collaborate closely with Sales Directors of other European regions to align on overall sales strategy, methodology, and tooling. Coordinate with Marketing and peer regions on shared campaigns, messaging, and market specific execution. Represent DACH market feedback (pricing, competition, buyer behavior) into product, marketing, and executive planning. Report directly to the CRO and act as a thought partner on go to market strategy for the region. Your profile Several years of sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in a scale up environment with a demonstrated ability to build and grow teams through a growth phase. Proven track record of owning and hitting revenue targets, both directly and through partners/channel. Hands on experience building or significantly professionalizing a partner/channel program. You know what "good" looks like and can design it, not just run it. Strong people leadership skills. You develop talent, hold your team accountable, and build a culture people want to be part of. Comfortable operating cross functionally and cross regionally, aligning with peers and executives without formal authority over them. Business fluent in both German and English; comfortable working in an international, multi region organization. Strong command of CRM driven sales management (HubSpot experience is a plus) and a data driven approach to forecasting and pipeline management. Genuine interest in digital accessibility and its growing regulatory relevance (BFSG, EAA) is a plus.
