Whether improving your commute, keeping the lights on, providing access to clean water, or transforming skylines, our work helps people and communities thrive. We are the world's trusted infrastructure consulting firm, partnering with clients to solve the world’s most complex challenges and build legacies for future generations.

There has never been a better time to be at AECOM. With accelerating infrastructure investment worldwide, our services are in great demand. We invite you to bring your bold ideas and big dreams and become part of a global team of over 50,000 planners, designers, engineers, scientists, digital innovators, program and construction managers and other professionals delivering projects that create a positive and tangible impact around the world.

We're one global team driven by our common purpose to deliver a better world. Join us.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an organized, proactive and enthusiastic Sales Enablement Coordinator to join our Major Pursuits team and help deliver our Sales Enablement programme across Europe, UK & Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a growing regional function, with a particular focus on Capability Development and team development across Sales and Work Winning.

You will play an important role in bringing our development initiatives to life, coordinating programmes, workshops, events, onboarding and other activities that help our people build their skills and capabilities.

Working closely with Sales and Work Winning leaders, subject matter experts and external providers, you will help turn agreed priorities into well-planned and effectively delivered activities.

You will also support wider Sales Enablement initiatives, including Knowledge Management, AI and digital enablement.

Duties & Responsibilities

Capability and Team Development

  • Coordinate capability development programmes, workshops, events and onboarding activities across EUR&I.
  • Manage programme calendars, schedules, participants, communications, materials and logistics.
  • Work with internal experts, facilitators and external providers to support successful delivery.
  • Help colleagues access relevant development resources, guidance and opportunities.
  • Coordinate feedback and track participation and programme outcomes.

Programme Coordination

  • Turn agreed priorities into clear plans, activities, milestones and actions.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops and working groups, including preparation and follow-up.
  • Track progress, follow up on actions and help keep initiatives moving.
  • Prepare straightforward progress updates and highlight emerging issues or dependencies.
  • Support consistent and efficient programme delivery across the region.

Wider Sales Enablement

  • Support Knowledge Management, AI and digital enablement initiatives.
  • Help organise and maintain Sales Enablement guidance, resources and development materials.
  • Support content coordination for the Work Winning Hub and other relevant platforms.
  • Provide coordination support across other Sales Enablement priorities as required.

Why join us?

You'll be joining a growing Sales Enablement function, supporting initiatives designed to strengthen how we develop our people, share knowledge, adopt new technologies and win work across EUR&I.

This is an opportunity to work with a wide range of colleagues, gain exposure to regional programmes and play a meaningful role in turning our Sales Enablement priorities into action.

If you're a strong coordinator who enjoys bringing structure to ideas, connecting people and helping programmes succeed, we'd like to hear from you.

We're looking for someone who enjoys organising, connecting people and making things happen.

Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Around 2–3 years' experience in programme coordination, project coordination, capability development, sales enablement or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating workshops, events, development activities or programmes.
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities and working with colleagues across different teams and geographies.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to take ownership of day-to-day activities.
  • Experience within professional services, engineering, infrastructure, consulting, sales or Work Winning would be an advantage, but is not essential.
  • Open for mid-shift schedule (EURI region to support)

At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously. To support this commitment, all newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment.
