About the Role

Arrive is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our growing Sales Enablement team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Enablement, this is an individual contributor role with important cross-team leadership for someone who combines sharp programme management instincts with a genuine love of learning design and revenue enablement.
You'll own the end-to-end execution of flagship programmes — including the Arrive Sales Academy and Certification Sprint Weeks — working closely with PMM, RevOps, and sales leaders across business units to ensure every learning experience lands with measurable impact.

This is a hybrid role requiring 2–3 days per week in one of our offices in Stockholm, Paris, or London.

What You'll Do

  • Own flagship programme delivery — Design, build, and oversee delivery of key programmes including the Arrive Sales Academy and Certification Sprint Weeks, ensuring every learning experience is engaging, accurate, and tied to commercial outcomes

  • Partner with PMM and RevOps — Translate product and commercial priorities into scalable learning experiences in close collaboration with Product Marketing and Revenue Operations

  • Manage the programme roadmap — Maintain a rolling view of upcoming learning needs and contribute to quarterly planning

  • Govern quality and consistency — Ensure all learning content meets the team's standards for engagement, accuracy, and measurable impact; manage the intake and prioritisation process for new training requests

  • Track and report on outcomes — Define success metrics for programmes, maintain visibility on completion and certification rates, and present results to senior sales stakeholders

  • Lead enablement tech stack updated — You will gather requirements, assess vendors, make a recommendation and implement new vendors to drive a more streamlined and impactful connection between enablement and revenue.

What You'll Bring

  • 5–8 years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, or a related field — ideally in a complex, multi-BU or international environment

  • Strong track record of implementing large-scale, live learning programmes — in-person and virtual — to commercial audiences

  • Solid understanding of sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, or similar) and how they apply to coaching and certification frameworks

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills — comfortable navigating a matrixed organisation and influencing without authority

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously across time zones

  • A genuine passion for sales performance and the belief that great enablement changes business outcomes

Nice to Have

  • Experience building or scaling a Sales Academy or onboarding programme from scratch

  • Familiarity with LMS, CMS and other platforms

  • Background collaborating with instructional designers and directing content development

  • Experience running certification programmes with defined pass/fail rubrics
